A proxy server is a server application that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients (web-browsers, apps, other applications)
who request resources from servers. The common purpose of a proxy server is to mask the true origin of the client who makes this request.
In this tool there are three anonymity levels of proxy servers: transparent, anonymous and elite.
Transparent proxy servers identify themself as proxy servers and provide 'X-Forwarded-For' HTTP header
that leads to the original IP address of the client. This type of proxy is mostly interesting for caching and content filtering.
Anonymous proxy servers also reveal their identity as proxy servers but hide the original IP address
of the client.
Elite proxy servers appear to clients as ordinary server. The response
from such a proxy server does not contain any additional information that would give away the original server.
